Question : Problem: abit va20 motherboard

Abit VA20 MATX VIA KM400A Athlon Motherboard
trying to find out what processor i can upgrade to on this motherboard, i know i can use  
FSB 400/333/266MHz but not sure on the cpu speed. currently using a 1.6 athlon.
