Question : Problem: Graphics card: Radeon 3650 ; Monitor L2210NW; windows vista x64

Suddenly the monitor has polychromatic straight lines going across the monitor horizontly; disappears when I uninstall radeon 3600 driver/reverting to vista default; Have tried to use different refresh rates 60Hz-90Hz without any use.

Answer : Problem: Graphics card: Radeon 3650 ; Monitor L2210NW; windows vista x64

This is usually a sign for a bad VGA card. Replace the card.
