Question : Problem: Blackberry sync without having to push accept for changes

I'm a new member of the Blackberry Nation, having be converted from using Windows Mobile devices for quite some time.  I've been quite happy with the exception of when I sync my Blackberry.  When I connect the Blackberry, the Desktop Manager Software prompts me to accept changes for contacts, calendar, etc.  This is quite annoying as I'm used to using ActiveSync where you just connect your device & it syncs.  It is possible to just connect your Blackberry and have it sync w/o having to click Accept?
