Question : Problem: Wirless network not recognized
Reformatted HDD 3 times. Each time the wireless connection does not work. No evidence that wireless capabilities exists on HP. Loaded drivers from HP website and even uploaded BIOS as suggested in troubleshooting. Nothing changed. Network connections shows LAN icon but no wireless icon.
Any help would be awesome,
Answer : Problem: Wirless network not recognized
You could have a dead wireless card, try a 3rd party card, or open up laptop (if out of warranty) and check to see that wireless antenna wires are snapped to card.
