Question : Problem: Wireless connection doesn't work with new computer

I have a client that got a new laptop and now the wireless connection doesn't work with the new computer.  
Also, he doesn't have the network KEY when you first establish wireless connection.
Is there a way to get him connected to the wireless ?

Answer : Problem: Wireless connection doesn't work with new computer

Log on to the web interface of the router, and get the necessary security information (SSID, Type of Security - WPA, WEP, etc....).   Once you have that information configure the client accordingly.
