Question : Problem: Comcast and linksys router setup

I have to setup a Linkysys wirless wrt54g router with a Comcast modem (gateway they call it).  I do not have the setup cd for the linksys and I do not have the manual for the Comcast modem.
The machines on this connection have static IPs that can't be changed (POS system)
I know how to get into the Linksys router setup page using 192.168.1.1 in a web browser.
Does anyone know what the settings should be in the Liknsys router for the Comcast modem.  Should it be pppoe or DHCP, or what?  I want the machines to use a gateway of 10.1.10.1

put in your version number and follow the user guide. you really don't need the setup cd.
