Question : Problem: The Veritas software is stopping on a daily basis

The Veritas software is stopping on a daily basis, and it is inhibiting the backup process to be completed succesfully. It is giving the following error message:
Faulting application bengine.exe, version 11.0.7170.0, faulting module bengine.exe, version 11.0.7170.0, fault address 0x0009bbac.
Can you please help us in solving that issue, since it is so urgent for the backup process to be completed successfully each day.

start your backup manually tonight and see if it work
(on auto mode it often crash for us too)
