Question : Problem: Error message with SOS Online Backup . . . not impressed so far, plese help!

This is the second computer I've tried to use SOS Online Backup on and had errors when trying to run it.  

On this machine (WIndows XP Pro, logged on as admnsitrator) I get the following message when trying to start the backup:

"No Account Information Could Be Found In The Task Scheduler Security Database For
The Task Indicated"

And SOS Support Is closed.  Can anyone help?  I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

hi,

the possible reason is that the task is not set with the right credentials or a possible corrupt of the security DB for the task scheduler. Check this MS article.
