Question : Problem: Connecting nVidia 8800 GTS to Sharp HDTV

I have the nVidia 8800 GTS video card, which has what looks like S-Video and 2 DVI outputs. I am trying to connect it to my new Sharp LC-19SB25U 19" HDTV. My options are DVI to HDMI, DVI to VGA, or the one that looks like S-Video to Component. All of the connections work, but I am trying to find which one is the best quality for a monitor and which one would make text readable, as I have had problems on Component of small text in dark colors being blurry...

Sharp 19" Black LCD HDTV - LC19SB25U/ True 16:9 Aspect Ratio (1366 x 768)/ 300 cd/m2 Brightness/ 400:1 Contrast Ratio/ 1 HDMI/ PC Input. Try to set 1366 x 768 see if you can read the text better?
