Question : Problem: Beep followed by restart

I have a workstation here that just started acting very strangley. At random intervals, there is one beep and then the computer does a soft reboot, in Windows NT and during boot. I have tried reseating ram, trying known good ram, and swapping out the power supply with a known good one.
I have run Maxtor's PowerMax drive diagnostics on both of the internal hard drives. The computer did restart a few times while running these tests but both drives passed the advanced tests.
The heatsink on the cpu doesnt go above 90 degrees F.
The heatsink on the gpu is at 125 degrees F, im not 100% sure but i think gpu's operate at higher temps.

Any ideas?

Answer : Problem: Beep followed by restart

That's a common symptom of bad capacitors on the motherboard or in the power supply.
