Question : Problem: UC520 factory defalut reset

Hi,

I would like to do a factory reset on my UC520 but i cant connect to the integrated service  engine to reset the CUE. When i run
service-module integrated-service-engine 0/0 session
i got:
Trying 10.1.10.2, 2002 ...
% Connection timed out; remote host not responding

So I am not good with the cisco CLI commends - so a hint will be fine

I downloaded a default config from the web. With this configuration i could reset the CUE.
