I have a palmone tungsten e2, plug directly into usb port. The device itself was replaced recently and now it won't sync with all the info in the palm desktop software. I don't use outlook or any other progams. All my contacts etc. is in the palm desktop. I tried a hard reset of the device and still got the following errors. "Install synchronization failed, Restore application database error, HotSync error: connection is lost ". Any ideas would be appreciated. thanks.
