Question : Problem: Windows Mobile - Separate reminders for Tasks and Calendar Items

I have a client that is used to using Blackberrys.  They pop their email and then manually sync to their Exchange  2003 server when in the office (no Blackberry server).  They are considering switching to Windows Mobile phones.  I have setup one phone to sync their Exchange account (with Exchange grabbing the POP3 email itself) wirelessly.  The user is wondering if it is possible to set different types of reminders for calendar items and tasks.  They mentioned on the Blackberry this was possible.  For instance Calendar items will pop up and make a noise, whereas they could set the tasks to just pop up and vibrate.

Is this possible at all?  Maybe with a 3rd party app of Windows Mobile 6?

They also want to sync their Outlook Notes.  This would require Exchange 2007 correct?

Thanks!

Outlook Notes is only possible through ActiveSync on the desktop. It isn't available over the air even with E2007.
