Question : Problem: Windows Explorer Opens Every Login
Recently, every time I login to our Windows 2000 Server Terminal Services with RDP, a Windows Explorer window opens to a specific folder on the server's hard drive. Aside from being annoying, I'm concerned it may indicate a deeper problem with the server that should be addressed or a configuration that needs modification. The server is part of a 2003 AD domain and I have admin privileges. Any idea where to start looking?

Use SysInternals AutoRuns to find the Startup setting and delete it.
