Question : Problem: Upgrading to UltraVNC through Group Policy

I would like to deploy UltraVNC throughout my organization via Group Policy.

I have created an MSI file using the vnced (http://vnced.sourceforg.net) project and configured it the way I want. I have tested deploying this to a test lab of virtual PCs and everything works fine and runs as I would like, with one exception: a lot of our client PC's already have VNC installed in some form or another.

Most have the standard VNC client from realvnc.com. Some has Ultravnc installed. None are configured the way I would like. What I am trying to find is some way to remove all of these old versions prior to, or as part of, deploying this new one. In my testing there have been some conflicts with the older versions and  it is rather unpredictable... I'd like to avoid that in general and just get the old versions uninstalled, preferably with some group policy method.
