Question : Problem: Tried LSI and Nvidia RAID drivers to no avail

I have scoured the Sun site for RAID drivers for this system (eg. http://www.sun.com/servers/x64/x2200/downloads.jsp) and have the original CD shipped with the server. I have tried two LSI RAID drivers and 2 Nvidia RAID drivers; all load, but they fail to expose the configured array (configured in the BIOS) and the two hard drives connected.
Any idea where else I might look for drivers?
