Question : Problem: PocketPC, ActiveSync and Terminal Services (RDP)

Hi All,
Can anyone advise if it is possible to sync my Dell Axim with Outlook 2003 (Exchange) via an RDP session to a Terminal Server? The TS is Windows 2003 Server R2.
If it's possible, please point to some details for reference.
