Question : Problem: PowerSlide 3600 35mm slide scanner and iLife 6.0

Will PowerSlide 3600 35mm slide scanner work with iLife 6.0? Review of Photoshop Elements 4 for MAC OS X unfavorable and Photoshop too pricey for just this task. I have 3000+ slides to select/scan

I have MAC CyberView X  software. I have used PowerSlide 3600 & Photoshop Elements 5.0 with Win  XP Pro which works OK.

Answer : Problem: PowerSlide 3600 35mm slide scanner and iLife 6.0

If your scanner is TWAIN compliant (it should be), then you shouldn't have a problem using "Image Capture" application to export to iPhoto.
