Question : Problem: PC RS232 to USB adapter

Does anyone aware to a product that enable connect PC 9Pins RS232 port to USB (Not PC USB port to RS232)

Or, back to old days when using serial adapter and console cable to connect between PC and machines or testers. I dont rememebr how to setup them now, but it worked.

I connected testers to PCs with Serial to USB cables which are for Agilent equipments (thermal, temperature, ohm, signal, etc.) but that was long ago. You might contact Agilent at below see if you can find one you need:
