Question : Problem: Changing BMP to JPG format.

When ever I change bmp to jpg the picture comes out larger
than the bmp. I have to use the scroll to see the hole
picture.How can I make the jpg show the complete picture
without using the scroll bar ?

Answer : Problem: Changing BMP to JPG format.

You probably changed the size of th picture while converting to JPG. Check that out. If you need more help, I'd need to know what software you use.
