Question : Problem: SMS 2003 Remote Tools will not work after reinstallation of site

Back in August our SMS server box took a nose dive and crashed (hardware issue, not software).
I have since repaired the server and reinstalled SMS 2003 and restored that database. Everything seems to be up and running except for Remote Tools.

I can see in my Collections that the agents are installed and that looks fine.
But when I go to execute remote tools is just comes back and says "Remote Control Agent Not Found".
I have verified that the Remote Tools Agent is enabled.

Perhaps resetting the security MIGHT be a good idea.  :)
