Question : Problem: Network host is busy: will retry in 30 seconds

I have a Mac with OS 10.4.8 connected to a D-Link DPR-1260 Print Server.  The print server is, in turn, connected to a Westell Router/Modem (from Verizon).  

My Macintosh and my HP Laserwriter 3050 are connected to the Router/Modem.  I also have two PCs connected to the print server.

The two PCs can print with no problem.  However when I try print from my Mac,  the document does not get printed.  When I open Printer Setup Utility.app and go to “Show Jobs,” the window shows the following: “Network host “192.168.1.10” is busy; will retry in 30 seconds…”  This dialog never ends and no printing takes place.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
