Question : Problem: Is this a 32 bit or 64 bit processor? Can it be upgraded?

I have a Dell Precision 390. It has a Intel Core2 DUO 6400 2.13Ghz processor. Is this a 64 processor? Can this be upgraded? if so, what would i need to look for if i wanted to upgrade the processor? Socket type?
