Question : Problem: Need help with Memory error

My client is getting an error that none of my other clients are getting when running a VB application. I think it is his computer, not the application. Here is the error, any ideas? I just had the memory upgraded to 2 GB. error is: 0x00000008f occurred in application at location ox7c812a5b
