Question : Problem: Multihoming and/or teaming NICs on a cluster

Have got a Windows 2003 server cluster. Each server has 3 NICs (2x NC7781s and 1xNC3123)
Each NC3123 is the heartbeat and one of the 7781s on each is the public interface. The other 7781 is disabled on both servers.
Can i enable the 7781 on each cluster server and use it as the backup NIC on a different VLAN? If so, is this easily set up remembering there will be 2 different default gateways - one on each NIC
Can i enable and team the NICs for resilience / performance?
