Question : Problem: Blackberry w/ Exchange 2003

We are a 100% MS shop. We use Windows Modible for all our PDA's and Exchange 2003.

One of the managers here wants the "pink Blackberry pearl". Will this even be able to retrieve emails and contact w/ our exchange system? I've heard of some Enterprise Server but that's just not cool for one device.

Answer : Problem: Blackberry w/ Exchange 2003

It will work great. All the user needs to do, is to go out on the web and suscribe to the "Blackberry Internet Service" (free of charge). And all that they will essentially need to do, is to configure their Blackberry mail account to receive mail for an "additional" account. The additional account will then be you Exchange OWA. They will just need to provide the url for owa and their login credentials for OWA. The Blackberry will then login to OWA and pull down a copy of the email to the Blackberry device.

It's easy, simple and works great.
