Question : Problem: Printer printing small.

I have two users using HP Laserjet 1200s. They are able to print most things but when they try to print a screen capture or in Quicken, the printer messes up. On the screen capture it prints a small funny little box in the upper left hand corner of the page. It looks like the picture has been shrunk and overlapped. I have changed drivers several times but the issue continues and only on these printers.

also to verify this, connect the printer with the same cabling to a newly staged pc(blank) and install the latest universal driver, if it's still the same, might be just a driver bug, or try replacing the cabling.
