Question : Problem: Primera Disc Publisher II - 'kiosk mode' not working

I know this is a bit of a long shot, but have any of you folks used the Primera Bravo II (or Disc Publisher II) in kiosk mode? It's supposed to double the output capacity, throwing the discs out of the front of the machine after they've been printed rather than stacking them on the other side. The manual is no help - it tells me to select 'kiosk mode' in the printer driver (which I've done but it just defaults back to 'normal' when I print), and it also tells to me to change a setting in the 'robotics menu' in the PrimoDVD software. This menu does not appear to exist, and as I'm just printing this batch (and not burning) I'm doing it straight from the SureThing labelling software. I've tried submitting a support request to Primera, but I get an error on their website when I submit the form. I've also tried the usual combinations of restarting the printer and PC and reinstalling the software.

If I keep telling it to eject from the front, it will do eventually, but nothing I do will persuade it to use both the left and the right stacks to print from.

I forked out an extra £40 to double my printing capacity and am going to be a bit miffed if I can't use it :-|

Any ideas?
