Question : Problem: DVD Decoder for 16x burner

After burning a DVD I cannot watch the DVD on my TV.  It is scrambled.  I understand, after buying the burner that I have to have a 'Decoder' to view it on a TV.  I have no problem viewing on my PC but I want to share with my family.
If it were free, that would be great.  I need a good software to make this burner worth our while.  I can burn CD's with no problem and play them on other devices just cant do that with DVD's.

My vote goes to Nero Ultra as well.  As for duping commercial DVD's.  Yes, there are ways to do it but it is a clear violation of copywrite.  I don't think that anyone here at EE would risk their reputation to show you how it is done.
