Question : Problem: how can i enable multiple sessions with the same Terminal Services user

Hi

i have a windows 2003 Terminal Server setup.  id oes not have Active directory installe on it and i have user created on it call testuser

i have 5 TS licenses activated.

i need to have 5 different people from 5 different locations login using "testuser" and each of them need to have their own session.  i dont want to setup 5 individual users (for reasons that i wont bore you with here!)

at the moment when one of them logs in, they takeover the other ones session and the logs out the other user.

is this possible?

Answer : Problem: how can i enable multiple sessions with the same Terminal Services user

hi,
try this:
Start | Administrative Tools
Terminal Server Configuration

1) Server Settings: verify that "Restrict each user to one session" is set to "No"

2) select Connections | Right click on RDP-Tcp | Properties | Sessions Tab
3rd area: Allow reconnection, "From previous client" instead that "From any c."
(coonfigure also 1st and 2nd area
