Question : Problem: Laptop. What does Virtual Display means and how to enable it

Hi i purchased a new Toshiba Satellite 2450 it has a Gforce4 420 GO 32MEg video card and a 15 inch TFT monitor in the specs its says
LCD Panel Resolution: 1,024x768x16.7 million colours
External Support and Maximum Colour Support: 1,024x768x16.7 million colours 800x600x16.7 million colours (no clean stretch) 1,024x768x16.7 million colours 1,280x1,024x65,536 colours (virtual display) 1,600x1,200x65,536 colours (virtual display) 1,920x1,440 colours (virtual display) 2,048x1,536 colours (virtual display) mine is set to 1024 x 768 at the store the same machine have a res at 1280 x 1024
i couldnt find a way to set it or understand whats virtual display

I have a Toshiba laptop here too.. and here when i select a "virtual display" is sizes the display bigger than the screen... if you do that you have to scroll thru your display.. my opinion.. not usefull..
