I have connection vpn connection to my works place, but I am unable to reach local host.
my server eth0(195.2.2.254)<-->vpn server(211.14.15.2)<---->"HOST"

You will need to get the VPN server configured with split-tunneling. This defines a set of IP addresses which traffic should be sent over the VPN. All other traffic is sent across the Internet normally.
