Question : Problem: Video Driver to make Video Movies

I want a fast video driver and also the capability to capture video from video camera and create movies that can be placed on the internet.  I found Matrox Mistique 4 meg with the Matrox Rainbow Runner Studio.  Is that OK or is there something better?

If you will only place them on the internet, that's fine, but you have to understand that serious video editing require MUSH more than that.
So assuming you do understand the difference, that's fine and matrox is a very good video card, we are using it's sibling "Millenium" 8Mg and it's answering what we demand.
