Question : Problem: Does anyone make an internal usb 2.0 card that has standard motherboard connectors instead of Type A?

Hi, here's a common problem that anyone working with PC upgrades runs across: You want to add an internal card reader/USB 2.0 combo drive to a spare 3.5" or 5.25" bay on the front of the PC. The connectors are always expecting to be plugged into USB headers on the motherboard but the motherboard is inherently only USB 1.1.
What's needed to solve this problem is a USB 2.0 PCI card that has internal motherboard-like headers. Unfortunately ALL such cards with internal connections use a USB Type-A female connector for some weird reason. Sometimes there are 2 internal type A con's. But I've never seen such a card with 2 to 4 USB channels on 2 10-pin headers.
500 points to the person who can find a manufacturer where I can buy such a card.
