Question : Problem: Intel 965 chipset compatible with Samsung T220

Hi I have a Fujitsu-Siemens notebook (Lifebook 8300) with a Intel 965 Chipset. When I connect a Samsung T220 to the Lifebook I cannot set the resolution higher then 1280*1024. How can I set the resolution higher? I have download the latest drivers.
