I've not used these, but the demos at Lanway are very impressive. The LCD's don't actually have a "built in PC" (although like all modern displays they're microprocessor driven) => they're network devices that the Samsung software can address individually to control what each unit displays.
VERY impressive from all the info I can find on them -- and clearly they work very well. You control them from a single PC -- and reconfiguring them as desired seems very simple.

Always difficult to confirm without actually see/feel/touching the software ==> but it certainly looks like this is a VERY nice system.
