Question : Problem: Blackberry - Exchange Migration

I have a client running Exchange 2003 with blackberry. We are going to upgrade them to Exchange 2007 and virtualise their Servers with ESX.

Questions

1. What version of BES will run and be supported on Exchange 2007?
2. How do I migrate from one to the other?
3. I seem to remember BES had to be on a separate server in the past - is that still the case?
