Question : Problem: one folder for active sync 4.5

I am using active sync 4.5 to synchronize between my mobile MC3000 Hand-held Device, I have six devices, and active sync is creating a separate sync folder for each device, can I change it, to use only one sync folder, or can I access the mobile device with a Batch file, I want to place the device on the cradle and Run my program to pull the data from a folder.

Any advice would be Helpful
