Question : Problem: Microsoft Wireless Intellimouse Explorer for Bluetooth stopped functioning

I had to reinstall Windows XP Professional, after which my Bluetooth mouse stopped working. (I've tried using new batteries.) I can't reinstall it: if I insert either of the two installation discs, a dialog saying "Installation cannot continue, as a newer version of the software is already installed" is shown.

You have problem with drivers - try to download latest from the vendor website or ask their support to send you if they dont have them on the website ..
