Question : Problem: Setting up rmon or other process to watch top talkers

My next quest and I am getting flustrated with all of the sales pitches I am getting so I am again asking the experts..


I have 4 remote centers all running Cisco equipment and I need a way to see who are the top talkers on the network.    I am Looking for the prcoess  to set this up and what is all needed. I am sure that this is not as easy as I want it to sound but any help would be appreciatived.

Netflow is most likely the answer to what you're looking for.

ntop is a fabulous open source tool to collect and report on the information you send it. It will give you top talkers, protocols etc...And it's free :)
