Question : Problem: vlan interface configuration
on my vlan1 interface on all my switches have the "no ip route-cache" command. I have one switch without that command under interface vlan1. Most all users connected to that switch are complaining of slow web access, file access, and network printing. Would not having the "no ip route-cache" command be why???
Answer : Problem: vlan interface configuration
Okay, well, your network seems fine. You can try rebooting the stack again just to rule it out anyway. How about the ping?
ping 10.1.200.16 -l 1500 -n 20
