Question : Problem: WS2008 TS Licensing server not a member of the Terminal Server License Servers group

We are running WS2008 TS with TS Licensing in a W2K domain.  The WS2008 TS Licensing Server has a yellow exclaimation point stating "This License server is not a member of the Terminal Server License Servers group"  My question is: if we have WS 2008 TS setup with per user mode, does it matter that it is not part of the group.  I do understand that I will have to keep track of the number of users manually and will not be able to run any user cal reports (This is not a problem as we are a small company <25 users with only 6 users logging into thru TS and we have 15 USER and TS CALs .  I don't see anything in the event logs stating it is passing out any TEMP CALs.   Now I am connecting with RDP, but plan on using Citrix to connect.
