Question : Problem: Looking for a Readyboost compatible memory card

Hi! My latop running Vista is a bit slow, and I would like to increase its performance by using Windows Readyboost. My laptop has a built-in memory cards reader. My questions are:
- Can I use the memory card reader and a memory card (SD or Compact Flash) to take advantage of Readyboost or is it only limited to USB memory sticks?
- If I can use memory cards, where can I find a list of commercial SD or Compact Flash cards Readyboost certified?
Thanks

Answer : Problem: Looking for a Readyboost compatible memory card

My first sentence didn't make much sense; I meant to say that the performance benefits of ReadyBoost exist, but aren't all they're cracked up to be.
