My friend has an Apple iPhone that was synced up with the iTunes on her desktop computer. Her computer crashed and now she'd like me to back up all her music and contact info from iTunes on to one of my spare desktop computers in case her iPhone crashes, so she won't lose her data.
I installed iTunes on my spare computer and when I plug the iPhone in, iTunes says that it is syncing up, but none of the music on her phone is being transferred over to iTunes.
This is on Apple iTunes running on Windows.
How can I do this??
