Question : Problem: computer is not delivering a VGA output
I have an iold ndustrial pc used for torque logging applications running windows 2000. I would turn on the unit but there was no display at all on the monitor. There is power going in but I notice the fans are not turning on. The green light on the mother board lights up. I have installed a new Samsung LTM150XI-A01 LCD along with new PSU-12V and new vga cable. Now I receive a "no input signal going to sleep message on the monitor. Would this be a faulty motherboard and how would I check this? I would certainly appreciate any suggestions. I am a beginner on the subject so please don't get to technical.
Thanks
