Question : Problem: In trying to register I got the following message "an IO error occurred during registration"

I'm setting up NotifySync so I can use Exchange on my Blackberry and In trying to register my device I got the following message "an IO error occurred during registration".
Does anyone know what causes this and what the solution is?

Hi, generally you should try restarting your device by removing the battery and ensure you have the latest version of NotifySync.
