Question : Problem: Mobile 6 Sync issues

I have a Windows SBS 2003 running Exchange 2003 SP2

I am trying to get some PDA's with Windows Mobile 6 to sync with exchange. I have installed Activesync and all I get when trying to sync with exchange is: -

"No Microsoft Exchange was detected at the specified address. Click retry to check the address again or continue to configure your smartphone to sync with this server anyway"

Before this point I am entering the IP addres of the server in the server destination field, any ideas?
