Question : Problem: windows CE apps for my smart phone

hi,
can someone tell me where to get windows CE apps for my HTC S730 smart mobile phone?  if possible, please also explain how these apps get installed.  some apps i saw don't even have an exe, just some dlls and an xml setup file.  i am assuming, the one that does have exe, i can just copy over to my cell and run it for installation.

your probably extracting the .cab file. Cabs are what gets installed on the device. Copy the .cab over to your smartphone via activesync and just select the file and click on it
