Question : Problem: Windows 98 on a Sony Vaio PCG-SR11K

Hi!
I'm thinking about putting win 98 on my sony vaio (after it crashed and gf deleted OS etc.) and wanted to know if anyone has done that before. I read there might be driver problems with USB and the network card. Has anyone tried yet?

Answer : Problem: Windows 98 on a Sony Vaio PCG-SR11K

Windows 98se is the earliest windows which supported USB so that is what you'll need.  Have to check internet/Sony Vaio site for drivers.  Don't know if this will work but a lot of drivers will need to be checked.  Also, may not have drivers for everything in 98se.  
1.  Do you have a Restore CD?
2.  Might want to consider Linux?
