I may need to exchange a laptop I recently purchased - It's not full yet, but has a substantial amount of info, programs, files, etc. on it. I currently use a Seagate FreeAgent Go 160GB removable HD for backup(s). What I need is this - I need to do a 100% backup of my laptop - either using the Seagate or an online solution, that can restore everything my machine has on it now. Then, once that's done, I need to restore my laptop to it's original state for return to the store.
